It is impossible to change without the atmospheric conditions changing. We will be making big atmospheric changes within your body, mind. It will be VERY important for you to take practical steps to clear the physical atmosphere before you begin, as well as during, this journey.
You are “setting the stage” for the inner work.

Declutter & Clean your Home

Sleep Hygiene

Create space for preparing and cooking these clean, nutritious meals and drinks.
Clear the pantry of all temptations: Chips, candy, ice cream, junk food, processed “food“, bread, sweets/cookies
Stock up on fresh foods and snacks. See the Pinterest links for Juicing, Meals, Smoothies, Snacks (for after the cleanse), and Food & Drink Sub suggestions
Freeze any foods that don’t fit the menu for the next 3 weeks, to save them for later?
Think about a special bowl, drinking glass, etc that you will use to hold the nutritious goodness during this sacred time. Make them sparkly clean.
Consider sharpening your knives and scrubbing chopping blocks clean
Scrub the counters

(This can also be part of the process DURING your detox)

Clear out the corners (best you can)
Dust, vacuum, mop
Clean windows (if you can)
Organize drawers & closets
Set up a space in your home for your meditation and time of solitude and contemplation

Make your room your sanctuary (and your spouse’s).
Remove all digital devices from the bedroom
Clear away all clutter, put laundry away
Remove all pictures/photos of others (besides you and spouse) from your room
Clean the floor
Change fresh sheets
Wash the windows & mirrors
Consider putting your wifi on a timer and turn off during sleep time
Consider showering before bed each night
