Wool Balls are the Real Deal in Fascial Mobilization$8 - $10
|
I have been moving fascia and scar tissue since 2011. In that time I've tried my share of tools to move the tissue. No matter what I have tried, I consistently return to the simplest thing there is: wool.
To get a good fascial release, the tissue needs to have pressure + shearing force. Something else is required: an organic fiber with which it can yield. This is why the human hand is one of the BEST ways to move fascia. The other? Wool. Because, as the wool moves the tissue, the tissue yields, and the wool yields. There is no crushing of the tissue (which will elicit a pain response and quite possibly send your tissue screaming back into its original position not too much later). I spent much time and money finding the 'just right' density of wool balls. The ones I offer have been my solid go-to for over 8 years. Now you can take your fascial mobilization home with you! And in the car! And on the plane! Clients have purchased several of them for their cars, their suitcases, their offices, and their loved ones (including the need to replace those stolen by their four legged loved ones). |
