Most everything here is voluntary. The items on the far right are good-to-have's but more of an investment. There is nothing listed here that I have not vetted myself (unless mentioned), and continue to use regularly. As with all I say, including these items*, proceed with inherent intelligence please. I am not a doctor, so I am not prescribing anything, simply offering you information that I have vetted, and from which you can choose to investigate or leave on the table.

NecessaryA high speed blender makes life easier, but not completely necessary. Blended drinks, smoothies, and soup are the main part of this cleanse. In a pinch you could use a regular blender or even a stick blender for soups.
If you are in the market, here are two I've used. And love. Vitamix high speed blender Nutribullet High Speed Blender (more budget friendly, equal power) I have not used a Ninja, but heard good things. I have other ninja equipment and it is excellent. |
