What & Why A Matchmaker's Festival?
Lisdoonvarna is a matchmaking festival that has been celebrated in County Clare Ireland for over 150 years. It is reported that somewhere between 20,000-40,000 people flock to this month-long festival known for its matchmaking (and mineral baths). Shelburne Falls can be the place that people come to not only look at and get inspired by the flowers - but also a place to FIND LOVE! Online dating is proving to introduce more stress and challenge than it is love, leaving multitudes of people disheartened and unnecessarily without companionship. Shelburne Falls' 3-day weekend Matchmaking Festival will attract the multitudes looking to meet a partner in person - who enjoys doing the same things they do. Shelburne Falls naturally offers loads of enjoyable activities, and our town can benefit greatly by making the most of their offline dating experience ! It is the hope that the Matchmaker's Festival can become one more draw to this beautiful area, becoming an annual event drawing people from all corners. Shelburne Falls can be known for its Flowers AND Love! KEEP SCROLLING
