Note about wool balls.
It is not unusual for us to use wool balls in any workshop. The organic fibers works beautifully to aid in fascial mobilization. Wool is gentle while also able to hold firmness, yielding WITH your fascia allowing you to control the degree of mobilization and depth. I have sourced high quality/high density balls of various sizes, please let me know if you would like to borrow or purchase any. Certainly try your dryer balls, my experience is in inconsistency or lack of firmness . If you have a dryer ball that is 100% wool, feel free to bring it to try out! If you will be borrowing one of mine, please bring along a wool or cotton sock as a cover. |
