My relationship with food has been a lifetime of complication, confusion, and a wobbly balancing act between pain and pleasure, starvation and deserving.
The way my body and spiritual guidance has shown me is through the access door of anatomy.

In other words, because my heart was under lock and key, my consciousness had to enter through my logical mind before I was able to unlock the barbed wire fence keeping me from my just desserts of love and well-deserved emotional pleasure.

The Emotional Body (of the Governing Elemental Body), manifests as water.   I understand this to be that the water element embodies & delivers the frequency of Love. How did I come to this conclusion? Because the ultimate, greatest & purest emotion is LOVE.

While we can pollute our water and our emotions, at the core of either of those, is the pure unwavering vibration of love.  If you were to go into a deep dive on the study of water, you would find that it is impossible to actually pollute water itself, but the pollution is the stuff that hangs around the elements of water.   At the core, water vibrates at the frequency of love.  Its how water can be purified back to its original state, because it does not become its pollutants.  Just like LOVE does not become anything less than itself; even though some questionable characters may make all attempts to change it, obliterate it, abscond with it, hang onto it, or attempt all sorts of ridiculous unachievable feats.  Love is unending and unchangeable at its core.

But what does this have to do with hunger you ask?

Humanity has been conditioned into complacency that allows nescience and creates a state of ignorance.  This is not a judgement, this is truth.  All you need to do is look around.

It is my intention to help you strip away your complacency, elicit your curiosity so as to obliterate any nescience and shift your perspective on your life to turn ignorance 360 degrees to face knowledge and understanding, allowing for compassion over empathy.
