Set YourSelf Up For a Successful Alchemical Detox

1.

Make time for self care.
​
Lessen your obligations as your body will need the time and energy to go through this reset.  
Block time for the meals, shopping, prep

Journal/Plan.
Define your goals before beginning your journey.
​Journal along the way, you might surprise yourself at what you uncover!

2.

Find, Get Support.
Let your friends and loved ones know you are doing this so they can support you.  And support others on the journey with you 
Schedule massage, yoga, hikes/walks,
​Inspiring books, music
baths

6.

Commit, Allow Mistakes, Have Fun!
Read over the program and determine how much you can actually do.  Is there one module focus that resonates more?  Prioritize that one.  It's okay if you don't complete the full cycle - just be sure you are ending early On Purpose and not giving up.  

3.

Rest. 
​Find time to DO NOTHING.  Close your eyes. Listen to silence.  Let your body feel the peace and power in the silence.  

4.

Solitude.
Parent Yourself. Sit with the feelings that will arise.  The answers only come from within

7.

Prep your home/kitchen
  • Remove temptations (breads, sweets, chips, etc)
  • Make space: food prep, stretching, meditating
  • Clean the house beforehand

8.

Practice Sleep Hygiene
Make your room your sanctuary.
Remove all digital devices from the bedroom
Clear away all clutter, put laundry away
Clean the floor
Change fresh sheets
